About this event
This week we are meeting at The Pro’s Closet for a slow-roll group ride and bikepacking info session. The goal of the group ride is to celebrate our diverse community of aspiring and experienced outdoors people and bikepackers. The experiential info session will equip those curious about trying bikepacking with an opportunity to try on a variety of bikepacking bags on their bike. Whether you want to join for the group ride or to try out a variety of bikepacking bags, this month’s event will set you up to meet other riders in the community and progress your skill set in bikepacking.
Every month, Trvl Wide offers you a bikepacking-related event in order to further build a diverse and inclusive cycling and outdoor community. These trips are semi to fully outfitted, depending on available gear and equipment. This short but impactful course will introduce you to the discipline of bikepacking, expose you to the principles of outdoor leadership, and set you up for success in your next adventure. This group ride is beginner friendly, with low mileage on mostly paved trails. All bikes are welcome.
