  • The price for our events includes everything you need to enjoy the experience. This typically covers:

    Guided adventure with expert instructors

    Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner for overnight trips)

    Camping gear (if applicable to the event)

    Snacks and water on all trips

    Support vehicle or on-trail assistance (for supported rides and trips)

    Emergency response team (where applicable)

  • The price does not include:

    Rental gear (unless explicitly stated in the event details)

    Transportation to the meeting location

    Personal items (clothing, personal hygiene, etc.)

    Gratuity for instructors or guides

    Accommodations (unless noted in specific events)

  • We offer the following rental gear for an additional fee. Pricing is approximate and will be refined closer to the event:

    Mountain Bike (per day): $40

    Gravel Bike (per day): $40

    Bikepacking Bags (per day): $15

    Sleeping Bag (per day): $10

    Sleeping Pad (per day): $8

    Tent (per day): $20

    Camp Chair (per day): $5

    Headlamp (per day): $5

    Note: Rental gear is not included in the price unless explicitly mentioned in the event details. Be sure to check event specifics when booking.

  • Cancellations: Refunds are honored for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event start time. A 10% administrative fee will be assessed for all cancellations.

    Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, this is possible 14 days prior to the course start date. A 10% administrative fee will also apply.

    Rain or Shine: All activities proceed rain or shine. In case of operator cancellation due to unsafe conditions, the operator will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

    Activity Modifications: The guide reserves the right to shorten or reroute an activity in the case of unmanageable hazards or if a guest is unable to complete the objective. Completion of the objective is not guaranteed.

  • To ensure your safety and enjoyment, please note the following prerequisites for our events:

    Personal bikes must have functional front and rear brakes, pedals, and be in genuine safe and operable shape to be used on trips.

    For certain events, a basic level of fitness is required, and participants must be comfortable with the physical demands of the trip.

  • Our standard ratio is 5 participants per instructor for all-day and overnight trips. For workshops or courses, the ratio can be higher depending on the nature of the event (e.g., skill-building workshops may accommodate more participants).

  • For all events, we recommend:

    Comfortable clothing appropriate for the activity (hiking shoes, bike shorts, moisture-wicking layers, etc.)

    Personal gear (sunglasses, sunscreen, small first aid kit)

    Personal items (toiletries, medications)

    Chargers for your devices (if necessary)

    Waterproof gear (for rainy weather)
